Come to our studio in East Point and enjoy our location-specific treatment upgrades, specialized tools, and sauna. Our thoughtfully designed space will give your senses exactly what they need to leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored.

  • Deep Tissue Massage
    Deep Tissue is a style of massage using trigger point therapy, myofascial release and other techniques that focus on melting muscular tension, knots, and fascial restrictions deep within the layers of tissue. This powerful yet therapeutic modality helps to reduce pain, improve muscle function, enhance range of motion, and is surprisingly relaxing. Great for those who have shoulder pain, low back pain, or hip pain due to sitting or standing all day. Sessions Available: 30minutes | 60minutes | 90 minutes
  • Hot Stone Therapy
    Heated oil bathed stones are rubbed on the surface of the skin and placed in different areas of the body to add to relaxation and boost circulation. This therapy uses light to moderate pressure depending on the need. Sessions Available: 30minutes | 60minutes | 90 minutes
  • Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
    Lymphatic Drainage supports the body's natural detoxification process. Studies have shown that this light treatment produces 20% more productivity in the Lymphatic System than without. This makes your bodies natural ability of removing wastes, excess fluid, and toxins more effective and leaves your body feeling amazing.   • Sports Massage

Previously characterized only by pre or post event treatments, sports therapy's style and techniques have become established as maintenance for every day functions.   • Swedish Massage
    Swedish Massage is a full body service that promotes overall wellbeing and relaxation. Light to medium pressure only. Great for those dealing with fibromyalgia, anxiety, and depression. Sessions Available: 30minutes | 60minutes | 90 minutes
  • Thai Massage
    Thai Massage is an ancient style of massage that includes compressions, rocking, squeezing, and passive stretching that aids in overall flexibility and relaxation. Thai massage is performed with client completely dressed, lying on a mat so please wear comfortable and stretchy clothes. Sessions Available: 30minutes | 60minutes | 90 minutes

Hi, I'm Melanie, your new favorite massage expert and personal trainer.

 

I believe both recovery and fitness (grouped with proper nutrition of course), are both crucial to the body's overall wellbeing. Each approach has enhanced my potential to understand the inner workings of the other. I am able to cultivate a more personalized and therapeutic massage practice, as well as share practical mobility and flexibility in my training practice. I love how each can be seamlessly intertwined to create a holistic system for wellbeing.

While I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, my passion and heart has been for athletes and office workers; which in my community are dual. I help them prevent and overcome injuries, practice proper body mechanics, reduce occupational risks, as well as give them a space to improve mental health.

 

Whether you're an athlete, an office worker, or someone simply seeking a more holistic method to wellness, I am here to support you. One on one or group training, massage, and nutrition coaching are offered to help you achieve your wellness goals.
